Another computer of Dutch origin, well, the company that distributed it is Dutch. Vendex was a Dutch company that owned multiple store chains, the most famous of which was Vroom and Dreesman, commonly known as V&D. A special feature of this computer is that it has a version of DOS and a GUI (Graphical User Interface) in ROM, something that I will certainly try to showcase in an upcoming video.
In most short pieces of text, I usually mention how I acquired the system. This particular one was a stroke of luck on the Dutch version of eBay, where I stumbled upon it for a very decent price. |
